You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back. You will receive the full order amount back; only the return costs are at your own expense. Returns can be made by contacting us at hello@naturalcosykids.nl, after which we will refund the amount within 14 days once the product has been received in good condition. Exchanges are also possible; please feel free to contact us for this; the return shipping costs will then be at your own expense.

In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible. Shipping costs are €5.95 for orders under €100 within the Netherlands and €7.95 for orders under €100 to Belgium. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Delivery is via PostNL and usually takes place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
