You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back. You will receive the full order amount back; only the return costs are at your own expense. Exchanges are also possible; please feel free to contact us for this; the return shipping costs will then be at your own expense.
