The Warmth Moonlet Merino Wool soft pink is a handmade, moon-shaped hot/cold pack. The cover is made of knitted merino wool and feels soft and comfortable. The Warmth Moonlet is filled with organically cleaned cherry or grape pits, which retain heat well and release it evenly.
The Warmth Moonlet is often used for moments of relaxation, closeness, and comfort, for both babies and children as well as adults. For example, during feeding, cuddling, or relaxing. Its moon shape fits comfortably and makes it easy to position. The Warmth Moonlet can be used both warm and cool, depending on the moment.

Usage
The Warmth Moonlet can be heated in the microwave or oven according to the included instructions. For cool use, it can be placed in the freezer with the cover. Always check the temperature with the inside of your wrist before use.
Cherry pits or grape pits
For the Warmth Moonlet, you can choose between cherry pits or grape pits as filling. Both variants retain heat for the same amount of time and are identical in use.
The difference lies in the texture and feel. Cherry pits are slightly larger in size. Grape pits are smaller and finer, making the hot/cold pack feel a bit softer overall.
The choice is personal and does not affect the function of the Warmth Moonlet.

Returns Information
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back. You will receive the full order amount back; only the return costs are at your own expense. Returns can be made by contacting us at hello@naturalcosykids.nl, after which we will refund the amount within 14 days once the product has been received in good condition. Exchanges are also possible; please feel free to contact us for this; the return shipping costs will then be at your own expense.
Shipping information
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, within 1-3 business days. Sometimes delivery may take a little longer, for example, if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible. Shipping costs are €5.95 for orders under €100 within the Netherlands and €7.95 for orders under €100 to Belgium. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Delivery is via PostNL and usually takes place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Washing instructions
The merino wool cover is removable and can be washed on a wool wash cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees with a mild wool detergent. Lay the cover flat to dry to maintain its shape.
The inner bag with seeds can be hand-washed without detergent. Shake the seed bag occasionally to allow the seeds to dry properly and prevent mold growth.
For warm use, the inner bag can be heated in the microwave or oven according to the included instructions. For cool use, the Warmtemaantje with cover can be placed in the freezer. Always check the temperature before use.
